**I've known Chun (Bill) for about 5 years. I started out as a customer and he was instrumental in my decision to create JMA Reptiles Inc. **I purchased six ball pythons from Chun this past year (06-07). Due to my military obligations I was deployed to Iraq, Chun not only held onto the females for me but he feed them without charging me extra for room and board. Through this year long deployment he has done everything we have asked for, sent pics of the snakes monthly, provided receipts on a monthly basis for the payment plan.  He always replied back to my emails in a timely manner, and answered all my questions fully.  I appreciate what Chun has done for me throughout this last year.
